Where do you source your items?

We are based in southern Maine, and most of our wonderful items are sourced from estate sales, antique stores, and flea markets throughout New England. 

What is your return policy?

All Hemlock items are previously loved, and as such, their conditions may vary. Each of our hand-selected pieces has been carefully reviewed, and we do our very best to accurately note the condition, size, and character of our products, as noted in text and photos. As such, we do not offer refunds.

What if my item arrives broken?

We take great care to ensure that your items arrive safely, but we know that things do happen. If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us at support@hemlockmaine.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damage. We will work with you to provide a refund or replace it with a similar item.
